Lately, I’ve noticed that I’ve been coming back to many decisions I’ve made in my mind in the past. Perhaps this is because I haven’t made the decisions explicit enough. Thinking back on Leading at Scale in Software Engineering at Google, I realised that most decisions are easily reversible. It’s better to decide and move ahead than to spend time finding the perfect solution or not deciding at all. With that in mind, here’s an overview of decisions made for this website.
