My experiment for more 🧠 Focus and 🚀 Productivity using the Pomodoro Technique:
- Turn off all notifications
- Put my phone in a different room
- Have a notebook at hand
- Define a topic to focus on
- Set a timer for how long you will focus (for example 25 minutes when using the Pomodoro technique)
Only do things that move the focus topic closer to completion until the timer runs out or until the topic is finished (whichever comes first). If anything else comes to mind, write it down in the notebook and bring focus back to the topic.
