Iโ€™ve been trying to be more mindful lately and realised that I canโ€™t prevent my mind from wandering off during the day. When going to bed, I often had the issue that my mind kept me awake and started wandering, which I thought was related to being in bed. I now realise that my brain is most likely doing that all the time without me realising it, which is arguably even worse.
